Packaging
Why Your Parcel May Look Different
Your parcel may not always look like a glossy unboxing advert - and that is intentional. Where clean and suitable, we reuse packaging materials to help reduce waste. Your order should still be packed with care, protected properly and full of the weird little joy you ordered.
Reused Can Still Mean Careful
Some parcels may contain reused boxes, paper fill or protective materials. Packaging may not always look brand new, but it should be clean, suitable and chosen to protect your order.
Paper Instead of Bubble Wrap
We use paper cushioning where possible, including concertina-cut paper and other paper-based buffering materials.
When Plastic Still Appears
Fragile items may still need plastic protection to prevent breakage, especially glass. We would rather use a little necessary protection than send something out underpacked and doomed.
What You Can Do
Please reuse or recycle packaging where possible. Local recycling rules vary, so check your council guidance for tape, plastic film and mixed materials.
