Packaging

Items are packed with care. Some products are one-off or limited pieces, so replacement availability can vary.

We pack orders carefully to reduce damage in transit. Where possible, we use paper-based cushioning, reused packaging materials and recycled packing tape. Plastic packaging is only used where we feel it is necessary, such as for fragile glass items.
