Before returning an item

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details and match it to your order.

Condition

Items should usually be returned in the condition received, with packaging where possible. Some unusual, vintage, or one-off items may show character described on the product page.

Please reuse the original packaging for returns where possible. This helps reduce unnecessary packaging waste and gives materials another use.

Damaged parcels

If an item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos.
